Boards Elected at Eastern Shore Chamber

The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce recently elected Executive Board Chairman Scott Tripoli, general manager of the Grand Hotel Marriott Resort Gulf Club & Spa in Point Clear, as its chairman. Tripoli has served more than 20 years in the hospitality industry and been in his current position since March 2016. He is also a director of the Baldwin County Economic Development Alliance. Brad Pitt of Riviera Utilities is chairman-elect. Pitt is assistant general manager and chief administrative officer at Riviera, where he has been since 2006. He has also been a member of the Leadership Baldwin County Steering Committee since 2013. In the chamber, he most recently served as its Workforce vice chairman.
The chamber says Pitt is also a major supporter for the chamber’s Young Professionals, which also recently elected its board: Kaitlyn LeBlanc (president), Taylor Weiman (secretary), Kari Wolfe (publicity), Ryley Corliss (social), Andrew Bailey, Ben Bloom, Steven Walling, Randon Carnathan, Chris May and Sydney Wasdin. Other chamber board moves include Steve Ascik of Eastern Shore Ace Hardware being elected vice-chair for Member Value, a position most recently held by C.J. Ezell of Cross Bay Digital Marketing, who is now vice-chair for Workforce. Lisette Normann of The Fairhope Store; Scott Polk of Daphne Utilities; and Cindy Zebryk of Coldwell Banker Reehl Properties, Inc. are new members.
