Disaster Resilience Forum Set For November 3

The Mobile Chamber has joined other organizations to host a Disaster Resilience Forum on November 3 on 8-11 a.m. at the Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel & Spa. Centering on “Beyond the Payoff,” it will focus on the high cost of underinvestment in disaster preparedness. In 2024, the U.S. faced 27 separate $1-billion-plus disasters, totaling more than $182 billion in damages. Six key “Levers of Resilience” that local leaders can use will be highlighted. Breakfast will be served.
