Disaster Strategies Seminar Coming Up

The Mobile Chamber is hosting “Plan. Protect. Prevail: Disaster Strategies for Gulf Coast Businesses” on June 24 at 8:30-10 a.m. at its headquarters at 451 Government Street in Mobile. It will cover hurricanes, flooding, power outages and supply chain disruptions as they affect small businesses along the Alabama coast. It will be led by the Mobile County Emergency Management Agency. Speakers will cover how to identify local hazards and create a simple, effective emergency plan; build a disaster recovery plan; and develop a business continuity strategy to keep serving customers even during a crisis. Attendance is free, but registration is required.
