Eastern Shore Chamber Membership Breaks Record

 The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce experienced a surge in ribbon-cutting events and new members in July, setting a record. Throughout July, Membership Director Cam Jackson welcomed an average of four new members weekly and anticipates more additions in August. July saw nine ribbon-cutting ceremonies, with 10 more scheduled for August as of early this week. “The Eastern Shore of Alabama is undergoing rapid changes, with new businesses settling in, existing businesses changing ownership, and established businesses seeking to engage with the expanding community,” the chamber said.
