Eastern Shore Chamber Publishes Workforce Guide

The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce has published the 2024 Workforce Training & Resource Guide, a free 19-page document on starting a business in Baldwin County. The county “offers a unique blend of community support and strategic location advantages, including proximity to major transportation hubs and the Gulf Coast,” the chamber said. “Business owners can benefit from the area’s growing economy, favorable tax environment, and local incentives aimed at fostering business growth and development.” The guide covers the South Alabama Partnership for Training and Employment, hiring veterans, government programs, tax credits and more.
