Eastern Shore Young Professionals Donate To Library

The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals recently presented two donation checks totaling more than $3,900 to the Spanish Fort Public Library to benefit its summer reading program. The money was raised during the Young Professionals’ Bowling for Books and Cornhole Tournament annual events. The Young Professionals meet to share initiatives, develop their careers and network. Geared toward the under-40 crowd, the group holds monthly socials and several annual fundraisers for local charities, which also include Pencils & Glue for Bingo & Brew and Trivia Night.
