Fraud Summit Announced For Baldwin County

The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce has announced a fraud summit, Empower Yourself, with four programs in Baldwin County. On January 23, 2024, there will be summits at the James P. Nix Center in Fairhope, beginning with breakfast at 8:30 a.m., then one will begin with lunch at noon at the G.P. Thames Senior Center in Robertsdale, and a third will begin with dinner at 6 p.m. at the Magnolia Springs Community Center in Magnolia Springs. January 24, 2024’s program will begin at 9 a.m. at the City of Foley Council Chambers in Foley at 9 a.m. Presenters will be Monde Donaldson, vice president of the Better Business Bureau; Dorothy Dorton, associate state director of outreach for the Lower Alabama AARP; Nick Vonderau, education and public affairs manager for the Alabama Securities Commission; and James Roberson, regional coordinator of the South Alabama Regional Planning Commission and Area Agency on Aging.
