Funding Growth Workshop Coming To Mobile Chamber

The Mobile Chamber is hosting Funding Growth: Accessing Capital with Confidence at its headquarters at 451 Government Street in Mobile on August 5 at 8:30-10 a.m. The workshop will cover how lenders evaluate loan applications; the financial documents every lender expects; loan options, terms, collateral and the three “C”s of Credit; common underwriting mistakes and how to avoid them; Small Business Administration financing resources; and government contracting opportunities. The speaker will be Roderick D. Perkins, lead of lender relations and economic development and Veterans Affairs officer for the U.S. Department of Administration, Alabama District Office. The cost is $15 for members and $20 for nonmembers.
