Lemonade Day Eastern Shore Registration Open

DAPHNE, Ala. — Registration is now open for the second Lemonade Day Eastern Shore on May 7. Children in grades 3-6 in Daphne, Fairhope and Spanish Fort are encouraged to sign up with a mentor to learn leadership and business skills to create a lemonade stand. They will set goals, make a plan, build their stand, create a recipe and compete to have the most successful business. The Houston-based national educational program has again partnered with the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce for this event. More partners are welcome, and volunteers are needed. While preparing for the event, participants may brand their stands and share their stories.
