The Mobile Chamber has launched Mobile Metrics, a subset of MobileEconomicDevelopment.com. The new resource is designed to provide essential data for businesses, investors and individuals in the Mobile area. The website offers a range of data categorized into economic, workforce and industry data in response to frequent requests of the chamber for this type of data. Economic includes the cost of living, port and airport statistics, housing information, tourism insights and population data. Workforce includes the local labor force, unemployment rates, demographic breakdowns, workforce pipeline and educational attainment levels.
