Mobile Chamber Names Griffiths Program Manager

The Mobile Chamber has promoted Liv Griffiths to talent and workforce programs manager. Griffiths will support employer engagement, coordinate workforce pipeline initiatives and help advance workforce strategy through program implementation. She has served as the chamber’s economic development coordinator since 2024, providing administrative and program support across business development, existing industry, workforce development and talent attraction initiatives. “Liv’s promotion reflects the importance of having dedicated leadership focused on talent and workforce development,” President and CEO Bradley Byrne. “She brings the organization, initiative and collaborative mindset needed to connect employers, educators and workforce partners in a way that delivers real results for our region.”
