The Mobile Chamber has announced its 27th Eagle Awards Luncheon for October 11 at 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel & Spa. Registration and sponsorship opportunities are open. The keynote speaker will be Cheryl Grace of Powerful Penny LLC who, after decades of acting as a trusted advisor to major corporate executives and shifting the narrative surrounding the buying power of multicultural consumers, transitioned to partner with brands as an executive coach in 2021. Her holistic leadership development company specializes in executive coaching, change management and conflict resolution programs. The company’s core mission is to empower professionals and help businesses retain top talent, enhance workplace culture and reduce employee attrition. Grace has been named one of Black Enterprise‘s Most Influential Businesswomen, named a Remarkable Person by the Chicago Tribune and awarded an honorary doctorate from Claflin University, among other honors.
