Santa Pub Crawl Notches Another Success

The Lower Alabama Young ProfessionalsSanta Pub Crawl raised $2,000 and a box of toys for South Baldwin County Toys for Tots on December 10, the organization announced. Attendees were asked to bring a donation of $10 or a toy to take part, with all money and toys collected staying within the Baldwin County area (BBN #119). Ten bar and restaurant tenants of The Wharf offered special holiday-themed drink and food specials to the 225 attendees. There were also raffle prizes and a costume contest. In the event’s three-year history, a total of $3,971 and five boxes of toys have been raised. The Lower Alabama Young Professionals is a partnership between the Coastal Alabama and South Baldwin chambers of commerce, which serve Foley, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
