South Baldwin Enterprise Award Given

According to a recent announcement by the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, Tommy Rachel of Taking Off Hot Air Balloon Co. has been named the 2020 Walton M. Vines Free Enterprise Person of the Year. The chamber has given the award for more than 40 years to celebrate the spirit of free enterprise. The award, presented this year by Riviera Utilities, honors those who are active in business affairs, have a good moral reputation, are active in civic/community affairs and are committed to helping others grow. The winner is honored during the Free Enterprise Person of the Year Luncheon at the Foley Civic Center.
