AFA Honors Four Exceptional Teachers

The independent nonprofit Air & Space Forces Association (AFA) recently announced that Baldwin County teachers Shannon Stanton of Rockwell Elementary School, Scott Larson of the North Baldwin Center of Technology, Christy LeGros from Barton Academy and Mischa Armstrong from Baker High School were honored with a certificate and $100 check for their commitment and dedication to their students. The local teachers demonstrated excellence in education focusing on science, technology, engineering and mathematics to prepare young students for the aerospace-related technological challenges of the future.
