BGCSA Announces Book Festival

Boys & Girls Clubs of South Alabama (BGCSA) has announced its annual Gulf Coast Children’s Book Festival, a free event taking place at The Grounds in Mobile on April 25 at 9 a.m.-1 p.m. It will feature children’s book authors, live book readings and free book giveaways for teachers, students and classrooms! Drawstring backpacks will be given to the first 2,000 children. Established in 2019, the event aims to get books into the hands of young readers and inspire a lifelong love of reading.
