Holy Spirit Of Gulf Shores Awards $35,000 In Grants

Holy Spirit Episcopal Church in Gulf Shores has awarded two grants to local charities with funds generated from its thrift shop at 6798A Highway 59 North in Gulf Shores, Mullet Wrapper reports. Ecumenical Ministries, Inc. received a $20,000 grant to be used in its Repair Baldwin mission, the goal of which is to prevent homelessness by saving the homes of low-income homeowners. Beckwith Camp and Conference Center received a $15,000 grant to grow and improve its facilities, programs and welcome center.
