Prodisee Pantry Celebrates 20 Years

Last month, Spanish Fort’s Prodisee Pantry celebrated 20 years since its first food distribution. It opened as a faith-based ministry in November 2003, and, less than two years later, was established as a nonprofit charity. “Our core values at Prodisee Pantry are food, family and faith,” founder and Executive Director Deann Servos said. It has distributed 16.5 million pounds of food and many other social services to more than 207,000 families, FOX10 reported. It added that the economic implications of Prodisee Pantry is estimated at $64 million.
