ACAMP is accepting applications through this request for proposals for projects that protect, enhance and improve the management of natural, cultural and historical coastal resources and that increase the sustainability, resiliency and preparedness of coastal communities in Mobile and Baldwin counties for fiscal year 2024 (October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024). Proposals for planning projects must address coastal management issues related to at least one of the following focus areas: “Government Coordination and Local Government Planning,” “Coastal Hazards and Resilient Communities,” “Coastal Habitats, Wetland Protection and Coastal Resource Stewardship” and “Coastal Nonpoint Source Pollution Control.” Funding requires a 1:1 ratio of non-federal matching funds.
