Call For Presentations Issued For Sustainability Summit

The Alabama Coastal Foundation (ACF) is calling for presentation proposals for the 12th Annual Sustainability Summit, a professional development event taking place again at The Lodge at Gulf State Park in Gulf Shores on January 30, 2026. Presentations should support the theme “Doing More with Less,” defined as “simple actions every person, business, nonprofit, school and governmental agency can implement to save money and help the environment.” All presentations should include one to three actionable items that exhibit planning strategies across communities, businesses, educational institutions or any other groups across public, private or local sectors. Preference will be given to presentations that feature local or regional initiatives, research and projects. The proposal submission deadline is October 16 by midnight, and notifications of ACF’s acceptance decisions are to take place by October 22 at 3 p.m. To sponsor the event, contact ACF Deputy Director Jill Chenoweth at phone: 251-990-6002 or email.
