Coastal Managers Course Set For Weeks Bay

“Facilitation Basics for Coastal Managers” is being held on January 23, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the Weeks Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve. Focusing on productive meetings for effective planning for and managing the diverse interests and needs in coastal communities, the course will teach on basic facilitation skills, tools to engage participants and techniques for dealing with disruptive behaviors. Class time is provided to practice using tools and skills to plan and facilitate meetings that accomplish objectives, while minimizing conflict. Participants at every level are welcome.
