Eco Clean Marine Named Finalist, Awarded Grant

Gulf Shores-basedEco Clean Marine, a nonprofit advocate for ocean conservation and cleanliness, has announced that Iconic USA has nominated it as a finalist for its ICON 2024 Award and that the Hilton Global Foundation has awarded it a grant. “I couldn’t be more proud of our volunteers and sponsors, who are the lifeblood of our operations and have propelled our organization forward in our short two-year history!” Eco Clean Marine Executive Director Courtney Dombroski said. Iconic is a national nonprofit with a goal to promote environmental literacy and inspire collective community changes to help save Earth. It recognizes regional nonprofits that inspire change and work to overcome nature’s issues. Finalists for the award will gather in Virginia Beach, Virginia, on January 12, 2024, for the ICON Awards and Gala, during which a winner will be announced.
