Governor’s Restoration Summit Coming To Spanish Fort

SPANISH FORT, Ala. — The Alabama Governor’s Restoration Summit is taking place on May 19 at 4:30-8 p.m. at the Spanish Fort Community Center. Gov. Kay Ivey and the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources will provide updates regarding projects currently funded through the various Deepwater Horizon restoration funding types. An opportunity to comment on restoration priorities will also be provided. This event is open to the public; no registration is required.
