BCM Morring Announces Multiphase Project In Irvington

BCM Morring was recently awarded a multiphase project for Great Southern Wood Preserving-Yellawood in Irvington. Brian Wittendorfer, BCM’s senior project manager, will be leading the team on the project, which includes a modern office complex, outbuildings and large-scale facility upgrades for civil and vertical construction. The project will include revitalizing the existing plant, while providing upgrades, demolition of existing buildings, building a new 4,500-plus-ft2 corporate headquarters, support structures, existing road and site improvements and phasing into a 200,000-ft2 multifaceted production and logistics building. This project, along with multiple other manufacturing facilities, will be a multiyear project for Wittendorfer on the almost 34-acre site.
