Hargrove founded the company on the principles of hard work, commitment to quality, and emphasis on relationships, according to theannouncement. Though headquartered in Mobile, this year, the 100% employee-owned company expanded in Savannah, Georgia. It also has branches across the Southeast, as well as in Philadelphia.
