The Highland Group Completes Phase 1 Of Florida Condo Project

The Highland Group recently completed construction of Phase 1 of The Grove at Seascape Resort, a luxury residential community located within the Seascape Golf, Beach & Tennis Resort at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. Phase 1 of The Grove features a total of 100 high-end condominium units with one- to four-bedroom layouts. Each Mediterranean-style, four-story building blends into the scenic resort landscape, offering residents panoramic views and easy access to the Seascape beachfront. The Highland Group said the newly completed Grove Aquatic Gardens are the crown jewel of this phase of the project. This amenity-rich hub features a lazy river, multiple pools, sundecks, outdoor pavilions, a playground and expansive green spaces. It is part of a broader vision that will include lakes, a golf course with an advanced clubhouse, a town center and the Seascape Club and Inn.
