The Highland Group Partners With PowerSouth

The Highland Group has partnered with PowerSouth Energy Cooperative to deliver specialized preconstruction and design-build services at PowerSouth’s McIntosh facility in Washington County. The scope includes evaluating and upgrading access control systems, implementing advanced site security measures and constructing a modern on-site training center to support employee safety and professional development. As part of the preconstruction phase, The Highland Group said it will work closely with PowerSouth to refine project plans, assess cost efficiencies and ensure all design elements align with operational priorities before construction begins.
