Thompson Announces New Director Of HR & Leadership Development

Thompson Holdings, Inc. has announced Christian Haverkamp as its director of human resources (HR) & leadership development. Previously, Haverkamp was the senior HR partner for the Central Operating Group and International Endeavors at Terracon headquarters in Olathe, Kansas. “Christian’s experience will drive two important initiatives—innovating our HR processes and developing the next generation of leaders at our employee-owned company,” said Chad Brown, Thompson Holdings CEO. “Christian comes to Thompson from a global company, and that experience is valuable as our geographic footprint expands.” Thompson Holdings provides HR and other corporate resources and support for its engineering, architecture and disaster recovery subsidiaries with offices across the Southeast. Haverkamp succeeds Bill Mogan, who retired from Thompson at the end of 2024 after 12 years at the company.
