White-Spunner Breaks Ground On Malbis Infirmary Health Project

White-Spunner Construction, along with Infirmary Health System, recently held a groundbreaking of a new 94,000-ft2 medical office building and ambulatory surgery center in Malbis. The two-story facility will include the ambulatory surgery center, an imaging center and a linear accelerator on the first floor, with a women’s imaging center and physician offices on the second floor. Designed by Neil King with Evan Terry Associates, the building is to serve as a cornerstone for expanded healthcare services in the region and seamlessly integrate with the existing campus, which includes the 83,000-ft2 medical office building completed by White-Spunner in 2022. The project is to reach substantial completion in summer 2026.
