White-Spunner Construction Completes Mobile Parking Project

White-Spunner Construction recently completed a six-story parking deck with space for 1,026 vehicles at the future site of the Mobile Arena, which is under construction. The deck provides dedicated parking for employees of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the headquarters of which sits adjacent to the site, while also opening much-needed parking for downtown visitors heading to shops, restaurants and Mardi Gras festivities. The deck used cast-in-place concrete for long-term durability.
