WSC Wins Safety Awards

MOBILE, Ala. — White-Spunner Construction (WSC) was recently awarded three safety awards by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Alabama Chapter during the ABC Safe Day Awards Ceremony. WSC received Safest in the Industry (Gold Level); Innovation in Safety; and Safety, Training and Evaluation Process (STEP; Platinum Level) awards. The honors were presented to WSC Safety Technician Pamela Cantrelle at the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum in Leeds, Alabama. ABC’s Safe Day Awards are meant to showcase Alabama companies that have superior health and safety procedures and exceptional safety initiatives. Specifically, the STEP certification serves as a tool for measuring safety performance against local competitors. WSC is a certified “Grade A” contractor by ISNetworld and has an Experience Modification Rating of 0.80, which is well below the industry average.
