Industry Services Acquires Three Companies

Industry Services Co. (ISC), a provider of industrial maintenance services based in Theodore, has acquired three additional refractory and industrial maintenance service companies: Birmingham-based Bisco Refractories, Pittsburgh-based Oak Mountain Industries and Ontario-based Glasrock, Business Alabama recently reported. “These companies strengthen our existing footprint in the Southeast and Midwest, expand our operations into the Northeast and Canada, and add expertise in strategic new end markets.
