Markey Joins Anchor QEA In Daphne

DAPHNE, Ala. — Anchor QEA, LLC has hired Richard “Mike” Markey as a principal scientist at its Daphne office, it recently announced. Markey brings decades of power utility management experience to the Seattle-based environmental services company, which is planning further expansion along the Gulf Coast. He holds multiple leadership positions in his community and is active in groups including the Air & Waste Management Association Georgia Chapter, Coastal Plains Chapter and Florida Section, and Florida Electric Coordinating Group. Anchor QEA says that, with degrees in civil engineering and geology, Markey’s “expertise further increases Anchor QEA’s capacity to support project management across all aspects of power facility operations, environmental compliance and development.”
