The Highland Group has announced the imminent groundbreaking of The Row at North Shore, a townhome community located on a 5.72-acre parcel off Roscoe Road in Orange Beach. This 60-unit development will offer both two-bedroom/two-bathroom and three-bedroom/three-bathroom townhomes with amenities to meet the growing demand in South Baldwin County. The Row at North Shore will feature 10 separate buildings with a soccer field, basketball court, playground and covered pavilion.
