The Highland Group Selected For Billy’s Gourmet Hot Dogs Expansion

The Highland Group recently announced its selection as the general contractor for Billy’s Gourmet Hot Dogs, a Denver-based restaurant, as it expands into the Southeast. The first of three planned locations will be in Gulf Shores across the expressway from the future home of Gulf Shores High School and before the bridge to the island. Known for its specialty hot dogs and strong following in Colorado, Billy’s Gourmet Hot Dogs has several locations across Denver. The expansion marks the company’s entry into a new region, with additional locations planned for Orange Beach and another undisclosed spot in Baldwin County. The 2,400-ft2 project at 6915-M Foley Express is new construction that includes site work and landscaping. The Highland Group has already begun work. The design and construction team includes architect firm Presence Design Group, Thompson Engineering, Stewart Engineering & Construction and Yetiweurks|Elmendorf Geurts.
