White-Spunner Named To Top List, No. 6 Retail Contractor In U.S.

White-Spunner Construction has announced that it has been included in the national Associated Builders and Contractors’ (ABC) Top Performers List. The company was recognized as one of the 250 Top Performers, listed among the top general contractors and named as the No. 6 retail contractor in the nation. To qualify for recognition, Top Performers must demonstrate outstanding safety performance by achieving Gold status or higher in ABC’s STEP Safety Management System. White-Spunner holds Platinum (the highest) STEP status. After achieving a STEP status, a company must undergo a rigorous application process to be considered for the Accredited Quality Contractor certification. This certification is a national award that recognizes a contractor’s commitment to achieving the highest standards of quality, safety and integrity in the construction industry. To earn it, White-Spunner underwent a thorough evaluation process, which included demonstrating excellence in areas such as employee and craft education; community involvement; and diversity, equity and inclusion practices.
