Outliner Studio Welcomes Reynolds

Mel Howat Reynolds, former owner of Shop RISE, is now providing brow and lip blush appointments as a permanent makeup artist at Outliner Studio on Airport Boulevard in Mobile. Outliner Studio provides permanent makeup (permanent eyeliner, brows and lips) and medical tattoo services (scar camouflage, etc.), as well as in-person and online training for artists in these services. Outliner Studio says it is the only Gold Certified Permanent Makeup Artist in Alabama.
