Baldwin County Public Schools To Honor Teachers Of The Year

The Baldwin County Public Schools’ Teacher of the Year Banquet is taking place on March 25 at 6 p.m. at The Grand Hotel in Point Clear. The annual event celebrates the honoree from each campus in the system, in addition to teachers who have obtained National Board Certification, the most respected professional certification available in K-12 education. The faculty at each school nominates and selects its teacher of the year. A committee of teachers, administrators and prior honorees select the two county teachers of the year (one elementary and one secondary), with the two county winners announced at the banquet. These will advance to compete at the district, regional and state levels. Sponsorships are available.
