Bishop State, Tuskegee University Sign MOU

Mobile’s Bishop State Community College has announced a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Tuskegee University to provide a seamless pathway for Bishop State students to transfer associate degree credits toward a bachelor’s degree at Tuskegee University. Intended to provide students with greater access to academic resources, scholarships and mentorship opportunities, the partnership will allow Bishop State students who earn an associate of art or science degree to possibly be eligible for admission to Tuskegee University with transference of up to 64 semester hours. Tuskegee University agrees to award three transfer scholarships for eligible students every fall. It will also provide currently enrolled Bishop State students access to its athletic events, learning resource center, career services, transfer mentorship program and other resources. For more information, contact Dr. Victoria Perry at Bishop state at email or phone: 251-405-7088.
