Boil On The Bay Coming To Fairhope

The Baldwin Bengals, the Louisiana State University (LSU) Alumni Chapter on the Eastern Shore, will host its annual “Boil on the Bay” Scholarship Fundraiser on April 11 at 4-7 p.m. at Halstead Amphitheater in Downtown Fairhope. Fresh Louisiana crawfish will be boiled onsite and served hot while guests enjoy live music from Johnny Hayes. Attendees are invited to bring lawn chairs and beverages. Families are welcome, with hamburgers and hotdogs available for children and activities such as crawfish races. The LSU Alumni Association will sell LSU merchandise and auction memorabilia and collectables signed by LSU coaches and players. CC’s Coffeehouse is bringing its trolley filled with Community Coffee giveaways and CC’s swag. Proceeds will support scholarships for Baldwin County students attending LSU. Tickets range from $12.51 to $55.20. For more information or to become a sponsor, contact Bettsie Norton at email.
