CACC Dean Honored With International Award

Coastal Alabama Community College (CACC) has announced that Dr. Dendy Moseley, its dean of students, has been named a recipient of the Phi Theta Kappa International Distinguished College Administrator Award. Moseley was recognized during PTK Catalyst, the organization’s annual international convention. The award honors college leaders who work directly with student leaders to strengthen campus communities and expand opportunities for student success. Recipients are nominated by Phi Theta Kappa student leaders in recognition of their commitment and service. CACC said Moseley “has demonstrated a deep commitment to student success through leadership that prioritizes access, opportunity and student engagement. His efforts have helped ensure students are encouraged early; supported consistently; and provided meaningful pathways to leadership development, scholarship attainment, career readiness and successful transfer opportunities.”
