CSU Adds Seven Degree Programs

Orange Beach’s Columbia Southern University (CSU) has added seven new degree programs, four of which are for doctoral students. CSU noted Forbes’ February 2024 issue, which cited a 10.3% uptick in research doctorates earned in 2022, the largest year-over-year growth since 1970, adding that this growth has spurred it to offer more doctoral degrees for working students. The new programs include associate of science in leadership; MSs in human resources – instructional design and technology concentration and organizational leadership – instructional design and technology concentration; and doctors of business administration – business management concentration, emergency management concentration, occupational safety and health concentration, and organizational leadership concentration. The university has added 39 degree programs and certificates this year.
