CSU Launches New Public Safety-Focused Programs

Columbia Southern University (CSU) of Orange Beach has added seven new programs, including a master’s degree, two certificates and three concentrations. The new programs include BS degrees in environmental management – environmental engineering, fire administration – wildland fire, homeland security – maritime safety, and occupational safety and health – maritime safety. The certificates are in environmental engineering and maritime safety. The graduate degree is an MS in mental health and wellness. CSU says the maritime safety concentration is one of the only fully online programs dedicated to the maritime safety industry. CSU also changed the name of its College of Military Studies and Leadership to the College of Space, Intelligence, and Military Operations to better align with future programs.
