Griggs Robotics Team Recognized

The Mobile County Board of School Commissioners recently recognized WC Griggs Elementary School’s robotics and technology team, which placed first in the county’s inaugural VEX Robotics Competition for elementary schools last spring. The students and their robot, named Claude, placed 13th in the state, which was also significant, since their program was new. In turn, Superintendent Chresal Threadgill recognized the board for its leadership in the community and support of its students.
