Gulf Shores Middle Hires New Principal

Gulf Shores City Schools has hired Jamie Hill as the new principal of Gulf Shores Middle School, OBA reports. Hill most recently served as principal at Discovery Middle School in Madison (Alabama) City Schools. Recently named the CLAS District 8 Middle School Principal of the Year, Hill has also led Columbia Elementary School and held administrative roles at Bob Jones High School, both in Madison. Throughout his 20-year-plus career, Hill has focused on instruction, school safety, community involvement and staff development.
