Holk-Jones Donates To Foley Act Program

Alabama Rep. Frances Holk-Jones has donated $7,000 for juniors at Foley High School to be able to take ACT preparation classes and the ACT test this spring, Gulf Coast Media reports. The donation will enable more than 140 students to participate in a special intensive preparation program beginning this month. In the program, in conjunction with the City of Foley, students will learn how to take the ACT, what to expect and have the opportunity to take a practice test. Then, in the spring, they will be able to take the ACT.
