More than 230 entries were made to the third-annual competition, which focuses on the principles of tranquility, honesty, transparency, humility and equality and how these principles apply to the business world. The essays were judged by university scholars from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Troy University, Spring Hill College and the University of Mobile.
