Mobile ESL Classes Update

The Foley Community Service Center at Spring Hill College will be offering English as a second language (ESL) classes beginning later this month, Mobile Mayor Sandy Stimpson announced. Registration, costing $10, opens on September 23, and the textbook is free. Classes will be held in the Lucey Administration Center at 4000 Dauphin Street in Mobile.
