Nature Journaling For Homeschoolers Program Announced

 The Mobile Botanical Gardens (MBG) is hosting Nature Journaling for Homeschoolers beginning on September 3 at 9-10:30 a.m. at its location in Mobile in various outdoor settings. Other sessions will take place at the same times on September 10, 17 and 24 and October 8 and 15. They are designed to take homeschooled children aged 8-13 on a creative journey to record and interpret the beauty of nature. With guidance from MBG Director of Education Sara Habel, an experienced teacher, students will learn various journaling techniques, including sketching, writing and collecting natural materials. Admission is free for members, but registration is required.
