Orange Beach City Schools Opens $46.1-Million Athletic Complex

Orange Beach City Schools recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house for its highly anticipated $46.1-million Athletic Complex, marking a historic milestone for the school system and Orange Beach. The Athletic Complex represents a significant investment in student opportunities, wellness and school pride. Approved in 2023, the project includes a new stadium, practice areas, a gymnasium, a kinesiology building and expanded athletic amenities for Orange Beach Middle & High School. Additionally, the complex has already garnered excitement as the home of Mako Stadium, which hosted its inaugural football game earlier this fall.
